KSC-501(VIII) AUTOMATIC WASHER FOR VISCOMETER TUBES AS PER ASTM D445

This apparatus allows external and internal washing of all current  models of viscometer tubes (Cannon, Ubbelohde, BS, Zeitfuchs, SIL, etc..).

The viscometer tubes are held in oxylene or in trichloroethane vapours (or any other substitution solvent) at the boiling point temperature of the product.

CHARACTERISTICS

  • Very fast and efficient cleaning for 6 tubes in 5 to 15 minutes

  • Negligible solvent consumption (about 1 liter per day)

  • Electronic regulation and built-in timer

  • Safety and protection of the operator and the environment

VISCOMETER WASHER apparatus supplied with 6 nozzle stoppers. This apparatus allows for external and internal washing of all current types of viscometer tubes. The viscometer tubes are suspended in BIOSANE T215 solvent vapors at 80°C ( solvent to be procured by customer)
