The Blow-point
analyzer is a testing equipment which makes cure time of
rubber the minimum required and effective to control
curing process of tire, belt and rubber vibration
isolator. It is useful to the improvement of such
product’s characteristics as improvement of
productivity, energy saving, abrasion resistance and
durability.
Principle:
Determine a thermal diffusion constant by measurement of
a temperature at real-time during curing process by use
of wedge-typed mold having a slope, then, an equivalent
cure time and limiting degree of cure are determined
from an activation energy got in advance and a bubble
limiting point at the internal part of sample after
cure.
The Lambourn
Abrasion Tester has a high correlation with the product
results in evaluating the abrasion resistance of tires,
belts, soles, and other products. The equipment uses a
grindstone as the abrasion wheel to turn the grindstone,
thus abrasive the ring test piece on the circumference
of the grindstone. Since a special process is used for a
load on the test piece, this model is dramatically
higher in accuracy and reproducibility of the test
results than the company's conventional Lambourn
Abrasion Tester.
Some models use a safety walk for the abrasion wheel and
uses talc instead of carbon random for the anti-tack
agent. Another model available is the fully automatic
model where up to 54 samples can be continuously tested.
The Mooney
Viscosity and Relaxation Tester (MVR) is a testing
equipment that measures the Mooney viscosity and scorch
time of unvulcanized rubber. The combination of the new
drive system and a torque cell and the use of a
three-heater drive makes the high accuracy and
reproducibility of the test results. And also this
equipment is compact that it can be installed in any
place. Model VR-1132 is a Mooney Viscometer having a
multi-step relaxation function. It measures Mooney
viscosities achieved when the machine is varied in up to
three steps (0.1 to 20 rpm as standard) and also
measures Mooney relaxations.
The Gehman
Torsion Tester measures the modulus of vulcanized rubber
at low temperatures and measures up to 4 test pieces. It
automates measurement and data processing. The cooling
system comes in two types: the type that uses a
refrigerator to automatically perform all operations
beginning with cooling; and the type with dry ice
cooling.
Automatic Viscoelasticity Analyser Model : VR-7100 Series
The Automatic
Viscoelasticity Analyzer is a testing equioment that
determines the complex modulus, storage modulus, loss
modulus, and tanδ and other viscoelasticity
characteristics of high polymer materials. A quartz
piezoelectric load cell and a noncontact displacement
detector have been adopted to enable accurate and stable
measurement. Moreover, the tensile process has been
fully automated from the chucking of the sample and the
cooling process is implemented by using a two-stage
refrigerator, thus enabling great reduction of running
costs and nonstop operation. A manual type is also
available, without an automatic feeding unit.
